What Grows When You Finally Choose to Start with You

Krista Franks

Most of us are so busy watering everyone else’s garden—our company’s, our kids’, our partner’s, our community’s—that we forget to tend to our own.

We give our best energy to other people’s visions, other people’s timelines, other people’s expectations.

Meanwhile, our own garden—our health, our clarity, our dreams—dries up.

This week’s post is about what happens when we finally stop and decide to plant our own seeds. And what it can look like years later, when you actually water and tend to your life on purpose.

A question to sit with: What could grow if you gave yourself the same energy you give to everyone else?

For me, and now hundreds of others, it started with one 30-day commitment to get clear about what’s next.

And that changed everything.
